Custom art commissions

In-person and virtual painting classes

All services and offerings are subject to availability and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Digital Products (Tutorials)

All tutorial purchases are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once access is granted.

Commissions

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

Once work has begun, the commission is non-refundable

Final payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed

Classes & Events

Tickets are non-refundable

If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit at our discretion

Live Wedding Painting

A deposit is required to secure your date

Deposits are non-refundable

Additional terms will be outlined in your service contract

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, tutorials, content, and materials on this website are the property of Samantha by Design.

You may:
Use purchased tutorials for personal use only

You may not:
Share, resell, or distribute tutorials
Reproduce or copy content for commercial use
Claim any artwork or teaching as your own

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website

Misuse any content or services provided

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Samantha by Design is not liable for:
