How Private Paint Sessions Work

1. Choose Your Date & Venue

Pick a date & secure the location for your paint session. This could be your home, a restaurant, office, hall, or another venue of your choice. Just make sure there are tables, chairs, and enough space for everyone to paint comfortably.

2. Send an Inquiry

Fill out the inquiry form with your event details including your preferred date, location, and approximate group size. I’ll get back to you to confirm availability and answer any questions.

3. Booking & Payment

Once everything looks good and is sorted, I’ll send over the contract and booking details to officially reserve your date.

4. Choose Your Painting

You & your group get to choose what you'd like to paint! I curate the artwork specifically for your event so it's fun, achievable, and suited to your group.

5. I Arrive Early to Set Up

On the day of your event, I arrive ahead of time to prepare all painting stations so everything is ready for your guests when they arrive.

6. Paint, Relax & Enjoy

I guide everyone step-by-step through the painting while you relax and enjoy the experience. I bring all supplies and take care of the clean-up at the end.

My signature touch

Every paint session I host is thoughtfully prepared to create a welcoming and creative environment.

One of my favorite little details is tying ribbon bows around each paint brush, often matching the painting theme or event colors. It’s a small touch that makes the setup feel extra special and helps create a fun and memorable experience for your guests. A lot of guests love to keep the ribbons as a token of an amazing painting session.

Do we need painting experience?

Not at all! My classes are designed to be beginner-friendly. I guide everyone step-by-step so even first-time painters can relax, have fun, and create something they’re proud of.

What do we need to provide for the event?

You simply need to secure your venue and ensure there are tables, chairs, and enough space for everyone to paint comfortably. I bring all the painting supplies & extras needed for the session.

What supplies do you bring?

I provide everything we need to paint including canvases, paints, brushes, palettes, water cups, aprons, practice paper, easels if requested, table protection, etc... I also handle the setup and clean-up so all you have to do is paint.

How many people are required to book?

Private paint sessions require a minimum of 8 participants.

I’ve hosted groups as small as 8 and as large as 50 participants. (maximum group sizes over 50 participants can be discussed)

Can kids participate?

Absolutely! I teach artists as young as 4 years old. For younger groups, I simplify the design so everyone can follow along and enjoy the experience. Please let me know if your group is a mix of kids & adults.

How long are the paint sessions?

Most sessions run 2–3 hours, but this can be adjusted to be shorter or longer depending on the group size, painting design, or canvas size.

What types of events are private paint sessions good for?

Private paint sessions are perfect for a wide range of events, including birthday parties, girls’ nights, bachelorette parties, corporate events, team building activities, sip & paint nights, and family gatherings. They also work beautifully for school events and community or government-funded programs.

Do you offer kids’ paint parties?

Yes! I teach all ages starting as young as 4 years old right up to adults. For children’s events, I adapt the painting style, instruction, and pace to suit their age group so it stays fun, engaging, and easy to follow.

Can you accommodate large group or funded events?

Yes, I can accommodate both large group bookings and government-funded or community-based events. Each session is tailored depending on the group size and setting.
